Privacy Policy

Plumber MCP is a connector built for Meta Muse: it takes structured job requests from Meta Muse and routes them to independent, licensed plumbing providers. This policy covers what we collect from Meta Muse requests, homeowners, and providers moving through Plumber MCP, and what we do with it.

01Information we collect

Depending on which side of the connector you're on:

• Job requests (from Meta Muse): issue category, approximate location (coordinates or service address), urgency level, and any job notes the agent passes along.
• Provider accounts: business name, license number and issuing state, insurance documentation, service radius, category tags, and availability.
• Dispatch records: the matched provider, timestamps, job status, and — once a job is accepted — the contact details needed to complete the visit.
• Technical data: API request logs, IP address, and connector authentication tokens, kept for security and abuse monitoring.

02How we use agent & location data

Location and issue data are used only to find and rank eligible providers within range and to confirm a dispatch. We do not use job request data from Meta Muse to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it to data brokers.

03Data shared with plumbing providers

When a job is dispatched, the matched provider receives what they need to complete it: the service address, issue description, and a contact method. Providers are contractually required to use this only to fulfill the dispatched job.

04Data retention

Dispatch records are retained for 24 months to support billing, disputes, and license-verification history, then deleted or anonymized. Provider license and insurance records are kept for as long as the account is active, plus the period required by applicable licensing regulations.

05Your rights

You can request a copy of the data Plumber MCP holds about your account, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion of a closed account's data, subject to retention we're required to keep for regulatory or dispute purposes. Send requests to the contact below.

06Security

Connector traffic is encrypted in transit, provider credentials are stored hashed or in a managed secrets store, and access to dispatch records is limited to systems and staff who need it to operate the connector.

07Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and, for active provider accounts, send notice before the change takes effect.
