By sending requests through Plumber MCP — including as Meta Muse or another connected agent platform — or by registering as a plumbing provider, you agree to these terms. If you're integrating on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind it to this agreement.
Plumber MCP is a connector, built for Meta Muse, that matches structured job requests to independent, licensed plumbing providers and returns dispatch confirmation, provider details, and status updates. Plumber MCP is not a plumbing contractor and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any plumbing work. Plumber MCP is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta.
Provider accounts must hold a valid plumbing license in good standing and current liability insurance for every jurisdiction they serve. Plumber MCP may suspend an account whose license or insurance lapses until it's restored.
Requests submitted by Meta Muse or another connected agent platform must use accurate job parameters. Plumber MCP may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke connector access for a caller that submits malformed, abusive, or fraudulent requests.
A returned ETA is an estimate from the provider, not a guarantee. Plumber MCP is not responsible for a provider's delay, no-show, or the quality of work performed once a job is accepted — that relationship is between the provider and the customer.
Providers are charged a dispatch fee only when a job is accepted and confirmed. Fee schedules are set out in the provider's account dashboard and may change with 30 days' notice.
Plumbing providers on the network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of Plumber MCP. Plumber MCP does not direct how a provider performs plumbing work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumber MCP's liability for any claim arising from use of the connector is limited to the dispatch fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Plumber MCP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either side may stop using the connector at any time. Plumber MCP may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, including license lapse or repeated abusive requests.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We'll post updates here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify active provider accounts in advance.
